East Atlanta Gynecology Associates, P.C. offers the following facilities:

Emergency Care

If there is an emergency, we will respond promptly. Please call our office. If your situation is life threatening, please go immediately to the nearest hospital or call 911.

Fees

The charges for all services are payable at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Our practice also participates in many HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations), PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) and Managed Care Networks, and Medicare. Please check with our office staff for details and further information. In addition, traditional medical insurance is accepted.

Telephone

Routine telephone calls for information, appointments or prescription refills should be made during normal office hours so that your chart will be available. Please describe your request in detail to our staff, who will convey it appropriately and return your call promptly. Phone calls are usually returned after morning and afternoon office hours.

Prescription Refills

To insure proper medication refills, we will only authorize prescriptions after a thorough review of your medical records. Please make sure you have the phone number and name of your pharmacy at the time of your call.

Hospital Affiliations

Drs. Howell and Wright-Francis are on the medical staff of Rockdale Hospital, DeKalb Medical Center Hillandale Campus, Northside Hospital and Newton General Hospital.
